This week, Maplewood is beginning a new series examining the story of Gideon, an Old Testament hero, with a story much like ours. Pastor Joe begins the series in Judges 6, as the angel of the Lord finds Gideon in a less than favorable circumstances.

This week, Maplewood wraps up our summer series on the “I Am” statements of Jesus Christ. Pastor Joe explores the implications on our lives of the revelation in John 15, when Jesus says “I Am the True Vine.”

Do you crave confidence in your life? This week, we continue to explore how the identity of Christ informs the identity of His followers. Pastor Joe explains how we gain confidence in Jesus, the Good Shepherd.

Since Jesus is the Bread of Life, his followers are fully satisfied. This week, Pastor Vicki dives into how our relationship with Jesus meets the deepest hunger of our souls.

Maplewood continues to focus on what it means when we read in Scripture that “I am crucified in Christ and I no longer live, but it is Christ who lives in me.”  Following Jesus impacts our identity. Today, Pastor Joe explores the impact of what it means when Jesus reveals Himself as the Way, the Truth and the Life.

This week, Maplewood continues to explore how who Jesus says He is impacts the personal identity of those who follow Him. Ed Klett–who has recently embraced a call to ministry–expands on this truth found in John 11: since Jesus says I am the Resurrection and the Life, followers of Jesus have hope for new life right now…and in eternity.

 

This week, Pastor Joe continues our summer series, exploring the implications of the seven “I AM” statements that Jesus makes in the Gospel of John. In this episode, we explore the practical implications of what it means when Jesus proclaims “I Am the Gate.”

How does Jesus impact the personal identity of His followers? That’s the focus this summer at Maplewood. This week, we turn to John 9 and we discover the implications for us when Jesus proclaims, “I AM the light of the world.” This message is a real eye-opener.

This week, Maplewood is beginning a summer long series looking into how Christ transforms our personal identity and how Jesus makes a practical impact in our lives. It all starts with understanding who God is. Pastor Joe picks up the new series this week focusing on Galatians chapter 2, verse 20.

Mark your calendar for the 2018 Maplewood Vacation Bible School!  This year’s VBS will include a nightly PETTING ZOO featuring LIVE ANIMALS!

The theme will be “Maplewood County Fair” and each night children will learn about the fruits of the Spirit through an interactive and fun old, time county fair theme.

There will be games, snacks, crafts, stories and tons of fun!

When:  Sunday, June 24 through Wednesday June 27 | 6PM to 8PM each evening

Who:  K (completed) through 6th grade (completed) | PreK must be accompanied by an adult family member
