Griddles and Cheese joins us on Tuesday at 110 Lawnview Avenue in Springfield (weather permitting). It’s part of Maplewood’s summer long “Food Truck Tuesday” program, focused on creating connection and community while supporting our local small business owners in the food industry.
From South Vienna, G&C’s Facebook pages describes them as “We are a new food truck starting in 2021. We will be serving up a variety of gooey melts, loaded tots and some sweet goodness! Our menu will rotate with events. Be sure to stop by and check us out! We look forward to serving you.”
With back-to-school getting into swing, this is a great opportunity to come out and not worry about making dinner.

We’ve been enjoying Food Truck Tuesday’s all summer long and it’s not too late for you to enjoy it, too.
Coming Tuesday, August 17, Maplewood welcomes Ol’ School BBQ and The Rolling Oasis back to 110 Lawnview Ave in Springfield.
“What’s better than great food, ice cream and connection on a summer afternoon,” said Maplewood Pastor Vicki Case. “We’ll have activities for the kiddos and everyone is welcome!”
Pastor Vicki emphasized that this is not a fund raiser for the church, simply a way to create connection in the neighborhood.
